Radiya Kurani

As a Project Coordinator with TLA Group, Radiya plays a key role in the planning and execution of development projects across Alberta and British Columbia. She works closely with the Projects team to ensure initiatives are organized, on schedule, and moving forward with purpose.

With a background in finance and business analysis, Radiya brings a sharp eye for detail and a process-driven approach to everything she does. Her analytical approach supports better planning, coordination, and communication for more efficient project delivery.

Radiya began her journey with TLA as a Business Analyst Intern, where she helped streamline internal workflows and supported website and systems setup. Known for her collaborative spirit, she is always eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
