ABOUT US

TLA Developments is a veteran owned and operated property development company that specializes in building new, multi-family and single-family homes across Canada.

We bring over 20 years of experience in real-estate development.

TLA is built on effective leadership, clear communication and efficient project execution. This is a product of our military and civilian experience, which we are using to establish ourselves as the preferred partner for municipalities committed to providing attainable housing for Canadians. With a strong commitment to community and families of all types, we manage development programs with precision and teamwork, leading projects from site selection through financing, design and the regulatory process and, finally, to the sale or rental to satisfied customers.

When you work with TLA, you get a team that works alongside every stakeholder to ensure the optimum solution for housing needs, reflecting the current and future demographics of the community, aligning with development plans, and using sustainable construction techniques to ensure a future for the community.

TLA Group of Holding Companies Inc. provides services to its project specific affiliates and is not the developer of individual development projects. See our project pages for further information about the developer of each project. TLA Group of Holding Companies Inc. does business under the names “TLA”, “TLA Dev” and “TLA Developments”.
