Tony is a retired Canadian Forces Officer with 33 years of service. He has led soldiers here in Canada and has been deployed to Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Afghanistan.

In the private sector he has held positions as a Plant Supervisor for Expocrete, Security Operations Coordinator and Manager for G4S Secure and Paladin security at two oil sands sites and was the Interim Emergency Response Technician/Safety Coordinator for a Debeers diamond mine in Northwest Territories. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Occupational Health and Safety Professional. Tony is also a member of the Cowessess band and sits on the Eagle Woman’s Tribunal Board.

He has enjoyed many personal successes, including climbing the highest peaks in the French and Italian Alps and Mount Logan in Canada twice, and completing numerous marathons, including the Great Canadian Death race of 125 kilometres solo in less than 24 hours. His greatest success though is his family – his wife of 31 years and their eight children.
